Shipping Costs:

Normally, shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you submit your return request within 2 hours of ordering, or if the product is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we will gladly cover the shipping costs.

Processing Time:
It typically takes up to 2 business days for us to inspect and process return requests. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 5 business days.
